This year the MAB Summer Orientation Program was held in Great Falls at the Ursuline Center from June 15 through July 10, 2026. The Roe River Chapter was heavily involved for the second year in a row. We had several members of the chapter that were instructors again this year, as well as a few chapter members that attended as students. Overall it was a good turnout for the program, with a couple of new students, and even a few new instructors on staff.

A little bowling

We had a pretty good turnout with the bowling outing we held the second weekend of the program. We had about 3 people per lane, and took up 4 lanes.

4th of July BBQ!

This was the first year RRC held a BBQ on the 4th of July. Students liked the burgers and hot dogs that Sam’s Club donated for the event. We also got a donation of Aquafina from Admiral Beverage Company (Pepsi) in Great Falls.

A Morning River Walk

The chapter held its second Roe River Walk this year; it was on the morning of July 5th. It was a small turnout for the walk, but those that attended loved the quiet walk, and even a few staff members and students fished the morning away.

Meeting of the Minds

RRC also held a chapter meeting during one of the assembly times, and we had all students and staff in attendance. We mostly covered the convention, duties of chapters, and how students could get involved with their local chapters after SOP ends.
