Early bird registration for the convention ends this Friday, August 28, at 5:00 PM online, after which rates increase to $85 for attendees and $95 for vendors. In addition, the Roe River Chapter is hosting two special $5 fundraisers featuring a complete outdoor fire pit and camping set, as well as remote music lessons with Aaron Nordstrom; tickets are limited, and winners will be drawn on Saturday, September 12, at 5:00 PM.

Early Bird Registration Deadline

Early bird registration closes this Friday, August 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM MDT online. After the deadline, registration rates increase to:

  • General Attendee: $85 per person
  • Vendor Registration: $95 per vendor. (vendors must fill out the PDF registration).

Be sure to submit your registration online before Friday afternoon to lock in the early bird discount.

Roe River Chapter Fundraiser Raffles

Support the Roe River Chapter by entering our special convention raffle drawings. Tickets are $5 each, and quantities are limited.

  • Fire Pit & Camping Package: Includes an outdoor fire pit, folding camp rocking chairs, a portable folding table, and two Yeti tumbler mugs.
  • Music Lessons with Aaron Nordstrom: Personalized one-on-one lessons in piano, guitar, vocal coaching, or music production (conducted remotely via Zoom).

Raffle winners will be drawn on September 12, 2026, around 5:00 PM. Get your tickets early before they sell out!
